Booking and Payment

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your photography session date. The deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the service. Full payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Image Delivery and Usage

Final edited images will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. You receive personal usage rights to all delivered images. Commercial usage requires additional licensing agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timeline information, and ensuring proper venue access. Weather-related postponements for outdoor sessions will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect service delivery.
